·         Appearance: Large squid-like alien creature, with seven legs/tentacles and one eye.

The Bane brought Bubble Shock to Earth in an attempt to control the human race. In doing so they created Luke who went on to become Sarah Jane's son after she rescued him.

The aliens returned to Earth when they we're hunting Mrs Wormwood and can appear human through image translators.
